We are seeking talent to our first non-virtual research laboratory:
- One Accountant (part-time; 10 hours/week)
- One Receptionist & Research Assistant (combined position) (full-time; 35 hours/week)
Preliminary start date: September 1, 2017.
Location: Ubud, Bali, Indonesia.
The Accountant will be responsible of bookkeeping, budgeting, financial planning and producing summaries of our economy that we can make publicly available on our website. Requirements: Licensed Accountant in Indonesia, high work integrity, very good English, fluent in Indonesian, Indonesian citizen.
As a Receptionist you will welcome people who visit us, answer emails and phone calls, coordinate things with the landlord and the accountant, order food, etc. As a Research Assistant you will perform different types of tasks related to the scientific research we conduct at IGDORE, e.g. entering data in spread sheets, searching for information online, recruiting and interviewing research participants, transcribing interviews, conducting codings, etc. The position may include some travelling around Indonesia. All travel related costs will be covered by IGDORE. Requirements: High work integrity, very good English, fluent in Indonesian, Indonesian citizen. No prior experience of research needed; you will receive training once in position.
The salaries will be paid monthly and will initially be at least 3.000.000 IDR/month for full-time work (35 hours/week). Potential progression once in post to 5.000.000 IDR/month for full-time work.
