Administrative Coordinator

Main responsibilities: Financial planning, bookkeeping, administration of employments and salaries. The administrative coordinator will also be part of the management group, making financial decisions and applications for funding.
Requirements: Must be self-motivated and able to independently search and find needed information. The person would become part of IGDORE’s management group from day one, and successively get increased responsibilities towards a full coordinating role. Duration: 3 months to start with; up to 24 months extension possible
Start date: As soon as possible
Salary and hours: First 3 months, only few hours and fixed package price (about 800-1000* euro depending on skills and experience) for all work to be done. When you conduct the work is all up to you, as long as the agreed work is done and deadlines are kept.
